To apply for a degree-level study, you will need the below documents
Application Form:
Each university has different application form. Some university require a hard-copy application, although some encourage applicants to fill in online. However, because students have to send the following documents to admission office, McDucation would recommend students to send their application together with all the documents to prevent lose of any documents. We provide free service in send you an application package without charging any postage cost. Please ask for application as either a hard or soft copy from McDucation
Recommendation Letter:
A recommendation letters are support documents from your academic lecturers/ advisor or employer/ supervisor to strengthen your qualifications stated in the application and relevant references. Every recommend letter has to be sealed with either a signature of the referee or a stamp of the referee’s institutions. Some academic institutes have a formal form of recommendation letter while some don’t. Please ask for a form or sample of recommendation letter from McDucation
Transcript of the degree obtained/ going to obtain
Although you need only a copy of transcript for each application, the original transcript is recommended as (in our opinion) it is more attractive. You can ask for a transcript from your university’s registry.
TOEFL or IELTS
Only a copy of this score is require by university’s admission office; however, original certificate might be requested by the university
Letter of Motivation/ Statement of Purpose (SOP)
SOP are an essay in which you indicate your inspiration and qualitative qualifications to show the admission board that
1) You really want to study this course;
2) Your background qualifications (both qualitative and quantitative) as well as your inspiration on the course suit the course and will finally let you to be one of the most successful graduates in the class;
3) You have your future goal and it can be fulfilled by the subject/ research you are going to study;
4) You are able to give contribution to your classmates, lecturers, the school, and finally the university you would like to attend.

Curriculum Vitae/ Resume
In your CV, you have to summarise all of your qualifications from your every of your application documents into one or two page (s). Topics include in CV are as follows:
Personal Details: name, nationality, date of birth, age, sex, address, email, telephone number and a photo
Education Background should consist of your two recent education qualifications (you can have more than two, but they have to be those relevant/ necessary for your applied programme). Each qualification should include 1) name of institute; 2) date/ duration attended; 3) degree obtained with GPA or degree class; 4) subjects taken that you think are important for your further study
Awards or certificates obtained (both academic and non-academic) -i.e. language, arts, music, other competitions/ contests, scholarship. In each award, you need to specify the name of the qualification and date you obtained.
Work experiences: In this section, for those students who do not have full-time work experience are encouraged to fill in their training or internship, or even a part-time job. Each experience should consist of 1) name of company/ organisation; 2) date/ duration attended; 3) position; 4) responsibilities/ assigned project; 5) achievement (if have).
Extra Curricular Activities: These includes both academic activities (attending/ working in education fair/ seminar, university’s research activity, etc.) and non-academic activities (campaign, university fair, etc.). You should state 1) your attending position (attendee, leader, staff); 2) date and duration attended; 3) number of people involved; 4) your responsibilities (if you are a leader/ staff)
Additional skills: For example, arts, computer, language, music, presentation, sports skills
