ในวันอังคารที่ 2 กรกฎาคมนี้  เวลา 10:00 – 12:00น.  Mark Carver อาจารย์จากมหาวิทยาลัย St Andrews ซึ่งจะมาบรรยายในหัวข้อ "The future of English Language Assessment" รวมทั้งให้คำแนะนำนักเรียนที่สนใจในหลักสูตรต่างๆ


The University of St Andrews เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยเก่าแก่อันดับ 3 ในบรรดาประเทศที่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ (ต่อจาก Oxford และ Cambridge) อายุกว่า 600 ปี มหาวิทยาลัยติดอันดับที่ 2 ของ UK รองจาก Cambridge โดยการจัดอันดับจาก The Guardian 2020 อีกทั้งยังเป็น Top 10 UK ในเกือบทุกสาขาวิชา ได้แก่ Biology, Business, Chemistry, Computing, Economics, English, Geography, History, Linguistics, Mathematics, Medicine, Physics, Politics and International Relations, and Psychology.

Dr Carver runs the Assessment and Evaluation module on the MSc TESOL programme in the International Education Institute 
at the  University of St Andrews. His previous research involves mixed-methods studies of assessment and feedback in teacher 
education and higher education. His current research focuses on programme evaluation and Initial Teacher Education and TESOL programmes. 

Dr Carver’s talk on the Future of Language Assessment covers current issues on IELTS, PTE, and university entrance tests and how teachers can overcome these issues to promote student learning.
